Medical Receptionist Vacancy

Location:          Primary Health Care Centre, Chopwell

Hours:              Part Time (Approximately 27 hours)

Chopwell Practice is a 2 Partner GMS General Practice in Chopwell based in a modern purpose built surgery with a varied practice population and good transport links. We are looking to recruit a friendly, positive and enthusiastic individual to join our dedicated reception and administrative team.  You will have excellent communication skills and the ability to provide professional high quality customer service care.

Your responsibilities will include appointment management, answering telephone calls, dealing with queries, administrative duties including typing and providing support to the GPs.  Accuracy and attention to detail is essential.  You will have a methodical approach, be capable of working independently and maintain good concentration in a busy reception environment.

Previous reception experience would be an advantage but not essential as full training will be given.

Post is subject to DBS check and satisfactory references.
